intense chest and biceps training today, broke 8 of my push day PRs consecutively🔥
~ heaviest bench press (barbell) - 80kg
~ heaviest bench press (close grip) - 70kg
~ best one rep max bench press - 70kg x 20 reps
~ best one rep max (close grip) - 60kg x 20
~ best set volume bench press - 1400kg
~ best set volume (close grip) - 1050kg
~ heaviest biceps curls (barbell) - 60kg
~ best one rep max bicep curls - 60kg x 5 reps
honestly, got so comfortable and relaxed at my previous PRs for weeks, wouldn’t have even attempted these new PRs if it wasn’t for /higher-athletics challenge, and then broke fucking 8 PRs :)
