Blueberry Borough Farm started as a children’s book world — stories about animals, farm life, and gentle, grounded values.
The farm is real. The books came first.
I recently created Borough on-chain as a quiet experiment — not as a product, not as an investment, and not as a growth play. I’m curious whether crypto can exist as a background layer that supports a creative life instead of consuming it.
No roadmap. No Telegram. No boosts. No chart commentary.
The stories and the farm continue exactly the same whether the token is traded or not that’s intentional.
Genuinely curious:
have you seen crypto used this way before supporting something real without becoming the center of it?
Can crypto support a real life instead of consuming it?
I don’t mean “number go up” life. I mean chores, kids, animals, art, quiet mornings, showing up when no one’s watching.
I’ve tried building in hype cycles before. It worked… until it didn’t.
Now I’m curious whether on-chain tools can exist quietly in the background of something human without demanding constant attention.
Genuinely asking:
has anyone seen crypto used this way, or tried it themselves?
This little place is called Blueberry Borough Farm.
It’s only half an acre, which some people might consider far too small for much of anything. But we’ve learned that small places, if tended kindly, can be very busy indeed.
Finding peace, it turns out, is rarely a straight path. Mine wandered through many seasons before it learned where to rest.
Here, we’re slowly building a life that fits the land rather than asking the land to hurry for us. There will be Kunekune pigs, with their thoughtful faces and steady manners. Nigerian Dwarf goats, curious and quick, always convinced they know better than you do. Meat rabbits, quiet and purposeful, and flocks of chickens and turkeys that turn ordinary days into small spectacles.
Between them all, there will be gardens vegetables we hope to eat at the right time, and wildflowers planted simply because the bees deserve something beautiful. In summer, we imagine the edges soft with colour. If this interests you feel free to follow for more.
I was looking through my book sales and it dawned on me I’m not just an international artist I’m also an internationally sold Children’s author and illustrator. I launched my first book end of October and have sold 60 books so far. The support has been absolutely incredible and I’m very grateful for it.
Some of the other things I’ve been doing is I wrote and illustrated and published 3 kids books, working on my next one and just been planning for the Spring
Took a little break from crypto and been focusing my attention on farm life. We got Kunekune pigs and Nigerian Dwarf goats coming in the Spring and we got more chickens. Up to 20 now. Also going to be breeding rabbits for meat.
