im going to build a forest.
contingent on community support, mainly in NFT sales. It will all be in $RWACu, if i can (i know this much, dont promise builds hah)

i have costs, potential locations along with SWOT analysis, and other projections all finished.
1.) the first NFTs will be OG supporter NFTs.
- the launch - these are the #1 fans and will be rewarded as such
2. the second series of NFTs will be the representation of what their utility will be.
- 250-450 species per acre is what im aiming for to build a temperate forest in the great lakes region. somewhere from lake erie to the mississippi and as far south as i74. IL border is as far north i want to go.
- NFTs will represent fauna and flora. You buy what you want in the forest. It's your forest. hardwood, softwood, fruiting trees, abundant food supplies to bring animals in to their new home 😊
- Animal NFTs will be a possibility if we get clearances from several authorities on animal welfare and other animal-science questions.
- Walk-ways for future visitors, ponds, streams, and other natural features can be bought as NFTs. They will be installed, and naming rights will be available.

The build:
find the land i need. 10-15 acres is about minimum. I will aim to get free or next to free land, unless something that is undeniably better becomes available. Im a licensed realtor, for another month any way, and I've been tapping into resources while i have them. (im retiring ha)
=fist the drainage.
=then the irrigation.
=then the pipes for a proprietary data-recording/nutrition-providing delivery system that mixes oil pipe line tech with plant care and information systems.
=then elec. for the lights, the cameras, mics, and internet. data data data data. hi-res camera footage. well modulated audio. this is stuff i already have btw. collecting dust.
=a few rasp pi's to automate and chit chat.
=now we're ready to plant stuff!
the future benefit of this project would outweigh any cost it could incur. for real trucks are all paid for. my bff who made me cry yesterday is a farmer. he can literally move the earth for me and make some ponds and streams. (designated fishing hole?)
its not going to be this year.
might not be next.
but, im doing it.
