The sooner that much of the rest of the world can stop trying to appease Trump the better. The hostility of this Presidency is an opportunity to build something new, something better away from the traditional hegemony of the US and the dollar
Last night the UK Parliament voted on an amendment to a bill that would ensure 10 Premier League football matches were made free-to-air. Almost 400 MPs voted against this motion, mostly from the governing Labour Party. This is such a let-down. This is not the Labour Party, it is the Conservatives who wear red party.
🚨 TRADE POLICY UPDATE: Back in Mach I wrote the linked article about the plan behind Trump's tariffs. Just now, the European Central Bank announced it interest rate cut to 2% as a result of the tariffs as I predicted.
