Unironically everyone wants to get into plumbing, electrical, general labor, etc because the white collar roles they worked so hard to get are going away. A lot of people are pivoting to high paying unattractive blue collar roles because they are the only semblance of an income that won’t go disappear easily. People value the predictability of money more than money itself.

I feel like we need a 3rd metric for profiles other than following and followers that’s based on how fast the account is growing. Like there are early adopters of farcaster that barely participate in the network but use their follower numbers as leverage, and it seems a bit odd. Adding a growth rate metric would clear things up imo.

The funny thing about integrating AI in a corporate system is that it credits AI for what it does right, but blames the human managing it for when it does wrong. There’s no particular reason why if you credit the AI for doing the work that you shouldn’t also credit the AI for it’s wrongdoings. You can’t have it both ways, it logically doesn’t make sense except for to save money.
