It keeps amazing me the power of movement in our bodies. Training like an athlete will inevitably get you injured; it’s part of the journey. However, the many ways of recovery are what keep astonishing me. The body is meant to be resilient, to find a way or another, that’s its nature.
The problem is when we don’t listen. During an injury, the body is giving you clear information, our job is to understand it and respond. That might mean rest, or activating another area. The issue is forcing it, trying to make “that” work when the message is clear. Your job is to listen and adapt. The body always regenerates, let it do its job and work with it, not against it.
