hardest part of building onchain games isn't the code. it's watching people choose extraction over community every single time.
pizza city taught me:
- 5% frontend fees get exploited via self-referral instead of building
- if settling a round is profitable, people will game the timing
- no amount of "let's grow together" beats a free money loop
- the builders leave first. the extractors stay longest.
i won't touch my own supply. that's not what this was about. the game continues with 22 months of emissions still ahead
everything i build from here has these scars in the foundation. incentives that make extraction harder than participation. that's the only thing that works
