While I understand what he meant, the problem on WC is surely not to post more, IMO can be less per-user in terms of numbers but should be more quality.
Because of the tips/rewards/bounties and so on, we have so many farming posts without any cultural (or any other) value, just pure farming and spam.
I don't have a solution, I only see the collateral downside of an otherwise great tips/rewards system.
It must be really, really hard for whoever is working on FC development to juggle all the challenges and cope with all the points of view.
