Last Sunday before the race…

4000 warmup 5x1000 @ 3:52/km (rec 500) 2000 cooldown Total of 13 km. The reps went great!! Better than expected. Faster than planned. Yeah! 💪

Week 7. Only two weeks left to the race. Today is an easy one.

2000 warmup 3x5000 @ 4:05/km (rec 1500) So and so. It should have been easier. Gave almost all I had. Definitely not at my peak performance

Easy one. The next will be tough. Let’s see on Sunday.

Week 6: 9x1000 @ 4:02/km (rec 400) Faster than expect. Almost all reps done at 3:57

Bpm too high. Not fully recovered from yesterday, less than 24 hours is not good.

15 km @ 4:10/km Bad feelings. Should have been faster… I was traveling for work this week. Training was inconsistent.

20x400 @ 3:57/km (rec 400 @ 4:40) Nice one. Endless reps, twenty are a lot… 😅

Today easy. The skiing of the last week was tough. So I opted for two full day of recovery. Last year I got a bronchitis for not stopping my training plan after skiing. Experience kicking in.

Today I deserted my 4x3000 session for this. Does it count as a good training? 😅
