My watch reset mid run and reported the battery as 10% after it was well over 60% few seconds before 🤬 time to change my Apple Watch serie 8? 🤔 Btw here are my two haves of the run. Total of 13 km.

Today I tested on the field (47 Kg) my DIY lat machine made from wood. I’m satisfied with the results. Compared to the old setup (right photo) is much more comfortable and I can feel better muscle activation. Next time I will try the rowing part. My pulley system allows me to use it as a lat machine but also to row with the right attachment. I’m using the adjustable dumbbells as weights.
