Although I am more inclined towards vegetable dishes and vegetarianism, on winter days I am more drawn to meat dishes. This time it's delicious beef kebab in a Turkish restaurant. 🙂

I came up with a recipe for a delicious dessert:
1. Soaked chia seeds in rosehip syrup
2. Then mixed a layer of thick coconut milk (the consistency of sour cream) with poppy seeds
3. Blueberries
4. Topped with persimmon
5. Sprinkled with coconut flakes
