I’ve been thinking about how to get out of this awful state I feel stuck in…
Sleep - it’s basically gone, and I can’t control it.
No matter how much I want to, I just can’t sleep peacefully knowing that drone attacks are happening and that at any moment my life or the lives of my loved ones could be cut short…
I try to sleep, and technically I do sleep, but it’s not real rest.
By the way, I tried sleeping with earplugs - useless.
They don’t block explosions or air raid sirens. In fact, it sometimes feels even scarier because you can’t fully understand what’s happening or where.
As for sports - I really need to improve it and make it more systematic.
I came up with my own rules:
- If I slept less than 3 hours - I skip the workout.
- If I slept less than 4 hours - I have to find a way to nap at least 40 minutes during the day and then go train.
- Workouts every other day - one day rest, one day sport.
- The type of sport doesn’t matter: gym - fine, outdoor bars - fine, running - fine, swimming - even better.
Today I’ll get some blood tests done to choose vitamins and supplements.
I need to find something for energy...
