New week. New prop.
@zenshortz has introduced prop 929 to @nouns-dao
TLDR;
This proposal introduces the Nouns Creator Bus, a mobile, creator-led cultural activation designed to bring Nouns values into real-world spaces across Boulder and Denver during ETH Colorado.
This is not a transportation service.
This is not a static installation.
This is not a wrapped vehicle parked outside a conference.
The Nouns Creator Bus is a moving cultural touchpoint that travels with a cohort of creators as they activate neighborhoods, side events, campuses, cafes, and cultural spaces throughout the city.
The bus is the recognizable totem.
The creators are the activation.
The Rally Challenge is the core.
Voting opens in 2 days 👇

On January 20th, OnchainCreators™ won Noun 1787 at auction.
Today, we’re putting it to work.
We’re delegating this Noun to @zenshortz. The first creator we onboarded at last year’s Onchain Creator Summit, a key collaborator behind Onchain Creator House, and co-architect of the Onchain Creator Rally.
This isn’t symbolic delegation.
Zenshortz will use the Noun to propose an aligned creator initiative with OnchainCreators and @nouns-dao; testing a new model where real contribution earns real agency.
We’re piloting something new here:
Delegation as a way to connect trusted contributors with aligned partners. And let creators help shape what comes next.
More to come.
What happens when culture becomes the onboarding layer?
🇦🇷 Buenos Aires
👥 100+ people engaged
🎨 25 creators onboarded
🎥 8 unique videos created
📝 1 standout Nouns culture piece
💸 $1.5k to creators
We hosted the Onchain Creator House + Rally with @nouns-dao to show what creator-led onboarding really looks like.
The biggest unlock wasn’t tools. It was context.
Creators weren’t “onboarded to crypto.” They were invited to participate in an onchain media brand and shape it with their work.
That shift changed how people showed up.
Buenos Aires proved something we’ll keep building around:
Culture scales onboarding.
Creators lead adoption.
Onchain media works best when it lives in the real world.

Realizing it’s almost spring and I haven’t worn my selvedge denim all winter. After wearing linen pants all last summer, I found it hard to go back to regular fit denim. I bought loose-fitting, cotton pants and haven’t looked back until now. I think it’s the sadist in me that thinks I can still break these in.
The Nouns Bus prop was defeated.
If you voted against, I’d like to hear your reason why. It’d be helpful in considering potentially putting up a v2 of the prop.

I had a great chat with @joanie yesterday at Noun Coffee about the significance of emerging culture in platforms like Farcaster.
Personally, I think Farcaster should’ve leaned more heavily into Degen, Higher and Clanker in the early days. Each of these represented more than the value of their tokens. They marked important cultural moments in Farcaster’s emergent story. Clanker moreso as it quickly went beyond speculation to facilitating new culture markets being quickly and easily created.
One of the reasons why I was personally excited about memecoins was their ability to create a market for cultural moments and have the market dictate their value in real time.
Platforms like Polymarket have found early success, because they’ve provided a platform for anyone to participate in this speculative process.
One thing I’d like to see built on Farcaster or The Base App is a more integrated experience for the creation and discovery of culture markets. Farcaster tried Clanker Spotlight but that still feels disconnected from the platform experience.
In the meantime, I’ll keep doing my part in growing the culture scenius on here.
Below is Dan’s cast I collected because I feel it’s an important moment in Farcaster culture. IMO it is severely undervalued at $110. The inevitable shift to culture markets has not been priced in.
For anyone who doesn't know who is @rish I recommend watching this interview of him that I recorded almost 2 years ago.
In it he introduces Neynar and the role it played in proliferating development on Farcaster. It was clear that Neynar was a net positive for builders. I am excited for this new chapter of Farcaster under the stewardship of Rish and team.

The OnchainCreators proposal for Nouns Bus is up. Voting will go live today at 11pm EST (0400 UTC).
We are proposing creating a Nouns Bus, a rolling creator hub and cultural activation during ETHBoulder + ETHDenver.
Nouns Bus will move between Boulder ↔ Denver, driving, parking, and showing up where creators, builders, artists, and students are.
Across university campuses.
Outside key side events.
Integrated to ETHDenver + ETHDenver programming.
It will be a highly visible, living signal of Nouns as the culture layer of Ethereum.
Here’s a few things you can expect to find at Nouns Bus:
- Open call designs contributed by the Nouns community featured on the bus
- Mobile content platform to capture Nounish vibes across ETHBoulder and ETHDenver
- Destination for creators to submit Nounish content and win prizes
- Gateway for artists and creators to have their submissions featured at ETHDenver gallery
- Rolling merch hub to collect rare noggles and more
- Transportation for Nouns holders across featured events
- Powerful billboard amplifying the Nouns mantra of doing good while having fun
From New York to Buenos Aires, OnchainCreators has a proven track record of onboarding creators through shared experiences and belonging.
Nouns Bus builds on that vision. Together, in public, in motion.
Do good. Have fun. ⌐◨-◨
Hey, ChatGPT. What are the top three things I talked about last year?
1. Farcaster
2. Base
3. Nouns
I think ChatGPT has enough information from me to understand at a high level where my energy is going and how I think about solving problems in this space.
I’ve seen an uptick of spam on Farcaster. Some of my posts are getting dozens of repeat comments from different accounts, which bury the conversations I care about.
Is the algorithm down or are the accounts accelerating too quickly for it to catch them?

Pods was one of my earliest and favorite onchain media platforms on which to experiment with content monetization and virality. I'll be sad to see the team stop working on it, but am happy they tried to build the best cozy corner for podcasters onchain. Thanks @0xl and team!
