people are never pure good or evil
we each have both dark and light in us
sometimes the environment we are shaped in brings out one side more than the other
the really special ones are those who become roses born in a bed of concrete, that defy the odds and keep their softness to them even in a brutal, harsh world
on/motivation
motivation is more often the result of action rather than the inspiration for it
take the first step, build momentum, and watch what happens
If the goal is to stay a niche community, it's not a problem. I'll still be here happy and contributing.
If the goal is to grow big, I'm sorry.. I just fail to see how privacy doesn't become an issue at scale as mainstream people adopt the network and become exposed
maybe my hope for the scale of FC is misaligned

Hey all - just wanted to share some of my concerns about the public nature of our casts/behavior on FC.
Hoping for an open dialogue on where we think this is headed, and in the long run, how to provide privacy protections from a user content perspective.

UPDATE: Just got off phone with Rooftop/Hotel Erwin
I now have 30 wristbands that will get open bar from 6-9pm (food while it lasts)
Anyone after the first 30 are welcome to come, but only those who get a wristband will have access to the open bar
BTW, if you are not drinking, please don't take a wristband!
Excited to see those coming to hang out tonight on the Rooftop!

May be able to add another 10-15, but speaking w/ venue to see what's possible
