Now that the stablecoin bill is out of committee, what are the next steps? Is my understanding correct: 1. Senate leadership decides if bill gets standalone airtime / vote on senate floor or if hitched to another piece of legislation 2. Senate Vote 3. Matching with the House 4. Revised bill voted on again by both House and Senate 5. Presidents desk Does that cover it?
