#1 builder lesson i've learned = timing is everything in crypto
many think timing is based on luck, but there's actually skill involved too
in crypto, if you're not first, you're last
so prepping for new opportunities early before they become consensus is key
the issue though is that being too early can also backfire
degen attention spans are getting shorter and shorter, so if you launch without enough momentum, you fail too
succeeding in crypto is like surfing:
1⃣ get up & paddle out early
2⃣ position urself well vs. competition
3⃣ be patient & scan horizon for oncoming waves
4⃣ ride the best waves
#3 is hardest to learn b/c it only comes thru trial & error
though i've made mistakes in the past along these lines, they won't be repeated
and we'll be sure to catch our next waves 🌊
