🎙️ Wrapping up 2025 and feeling grateful for the amazing guests on /decent-voices! I had the pleasure of interviewing some of the best people in web3.
In 2026, expect new formats and niches, brand collabs, and even more fresh voices!
We’re building trust in a trustless era, together as a community, connected by a shared belief in healthy product culture.
Celebrate with Decentralized Voices!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎄❤️
🎧🔥 Premiere on /decent-voices: The episode with @ericakang, founder of KryptoPlanet and General Partner at BlackDragon Capital.
Erica is a community-agnostic leader recognized for her business leadership and public presence. There are a lot of ideas you can learn from her.

Being negative is cheap. Saying "everything is going to be worse" makes you sound like a realist.
Saying "something good is possible here" can make you sound dumb or privileged.
Let's be clear on what optimism ISN'T:
- "good vibes only" while ignoring injustice
- gaslighting yourself into gratitude when you're exhausted
So how to build real optimism?
- focus on today, this week, this month; not the next decade
- separate what's true from what your fear is predicting
- save evidence of progress: screenshots of kind messages, good feedback, small wins (this helps me!)
- listen to what your people say about you, especially when you can't see your own growth
I won't tell you to "just think positive". That's insulting, and I don't believe in ideas without action.
But optimism can keep you moving when fear wants you frozen. It can give you a reason to invest your time and energy in things that aren't guaranteed, like relationships or new projects.
In late 2025, that seems like enough 🩷
🎙️ On December 4, @yerbearserker, co-founder of Empire Builder, will join me for X Space to discuss:

🔸 staying neutral while being delegates in DAOs
🔸 blockchain infra vs enterprises
🔸 Poland and the CEE region as the perfect place for building onchain products

women in web3 lack role models, but today I interviewed for /decent-voices someone whose path and vision are close to me
we’re both:
- foreigners in English-speaking environments who started in web3 in 2017
- driven by mission and values, not speculation or “free money”
- always doing our best with what we have
- refusing to gender careers, we simply respect professionals
- sometimes overanxious, but it usually pays in better results
- married to Ukrainian men in crypto
guess who this wonder woman is?
