i almost missed this, but made it to the exhibition before it closes this weekend. the human psyche has been one of my special interests, and i'm particularly moved by the life and work of c.j. jung. it's fascinating how much of the psychiatry industry has centered its development around switzerland, including some very dark and bleak periods. "The Swiss topography with its impenetrable forests, gaping ravines and frozen glaciers can be seen as a reflection of the human soul, soaring with desire and plunging into abysses of despair."
