do you guys ever hyperfixate on meals? like you try out a recipe and it’s really good so you keep eating the meal regularly
in 2024 for me it was egg sandwiches
in 2025 it was yogurt bowls
it’s still yogurt bowls for me but I’m eager to see what new meal it could be
for my yogurt bowl today i have a very simple one with just greek yogurt, chia seeds and apples. i prepped it over the weekend so you cant see the apples but i promise they’re in there haha
