Legal documents are a part of the customer experience.
A well designed document with clear language demonstrates a consideration of the customer’s reading experience, outlines exactly what they should expect from start to finish of an engagement, and subtly introduces the value that good design can create for a business early on in the relationship.
I recoil at the luxuriation of third spaces and being offline.
Convenience has created isolation.
Loneliness is at an all time high.
The future of work continues to spill into new contexts.
We need equitable third spaces now more than ever. We need more reasons to gather.
Being present should be free.
Someone asked me what my superpower was today. I’ve never been asked that before and it really challenged me.
I’ve been thinking about it all day and I think my best answer I’ve come up with is: making ordinary moments feel intentional.
