Great debating with @derek as always. Our conversation helped me clarify some things. I believe ICOs should be trustless, but @derek showed me that there's a lot of value in having an ICO that isn't trustless! It's why I'm extremely bullish @quotient x @clanker. I think it could be a viable alternative to MetaDAO that uses ~trust~ as a feature based on Farcaster's social graph.

Still incomprehensible to me that anybody uses a token launchpad besides MetaDAO. Shilling my bags of course and it may not be feasible for EVM based teams, but everything else seems like a mass extraction. Would love to hear arguments against. Will engage in good faith, and try to check my bias at the door.

Meta DAO is killing it and imo is the most serious launchpad for founders right now. Extremely high quality teams and tokens, building really interesting products. It’s where I’d launch a token. Their raises are launched fairly, get great distribution, provide tokenholders with protection below nav, basically make sniping -ev, integrate governance, and set-up a MIDAO legal entity to house IP. I’ve been following the team/participating in governance for 2 years and am happy to answer any questions! I’d like to grow their presence on here.

Spoke to a cop today who said most illegal gun modifications are sent in from China. I’m pretty down the center and not overly political, but I do think China is trying to subvertly harm America. What do you guys think?
