One thing I recently re-learned from kids is such a small but big thing - just be happy with being outside.
Just because of that simple fact that we’re outside. Not because we do something, or we have a goal (although we usually do)
And it’s awesome to not go out to run those km or walk those steps but go out to enjoy being out ☀️
Also, have you ever been worried that humanity is only as strong as its weakest link?
I mean the UK and the US have them (weak links) right there ... and many others!
It seems to me that humans are natural born generalists.
We were meant to master many domains to survive - to build tools for life to thrive.
Yet here we are - most of us feeling like we're the tools in someone's game. Or maybe it's just me ...
You are told that you only have a day to live (maybe full 24 hours or less) ...
... What do you do?
And more importantly, what do you answer this question when you kid asks you that after watching Kate with friends? Hmm...
You know what I find ultimately HUMAN?
Our imperfections.
Those little moments when you stray off your plan, off protocol, off routine.
Machines don't have that and hopefully won't ever have that.
Right?
Question of a newbie ?
I believe I have occasional insights I'd like to post in /economics and /finance
But there's no way to join the channels? Is that a trick or what do I do?
good morning friends
Did you know that Recaster has this detailed statistics on everyone on Farcaster? I mean wow!
The first one is me - but can you guess who’s the second one?
