It's such a fun time to be a technical founder. My "triple threat" advantage with sales was always that I could really quickly take technical blockers and have a solution for the customer overnight.
After we found a groove with sales and our customer base grew I had way less time to do that though and had to focus more time talking to our customers.
With LLM assisted development I'm back to shipping way more and it's fun as hell! I also don't feel bad about the quality of code I commit into the repo because the eng team has been setting up great claude structure so we get the kind of code we want.
