Have you ever felt like you're wasting your life? If so, there are 13 signs to follow. When you were a child, did you want to be an astronaut, a singer or an engineer when you grow up? What about now? Has your dream come true? I hope everything is going well. You are living your ideal life. But if not, here are 13 signs that you may be wasting your life, even if you don't want to admit it.
You spend too much time on things you shouldn't do Play games, watch TV, surf the Internet, keep eating, indulge in alcohol, etc. Take a serious look at your life. What are the main aspects of your time? Is it good for you? Will it make you better? Is it contributing to your bright future? If your answer is no, you need to reassess your daily activities and make changes.
You find you're always complaining I know people who have always told me that they are often overwhelmed by life. Are you that kind of person, too? Do you often complain about your job, your boss, your salary, your neighbors and even your partner? If your answer is "yes", then these actions are good for nothing except that they have been emitting negative energy. Negativity can't change the reality, it will only make you stagnate. So change your mind and talk more about what you appreciate in life, not what you don't like.
You didn't enrich your mind If you don't continue to grow and learn, you will become dull, just like a still pond full of sticky green floating debris. If you don't keep your mind active and learn new knowledge, your mind will become the same as it. Positive challenges in life will expand your mind and will not reverse it.
You're full of negative thoughts Dialogue can destroy your life as well as your achievements. As Henry Ford said, "whether you think you can or can't, you're right." If you tell yourself that you're not smart enough to get promoted or start a business, you're right. If you tell yourself that you're exhausted and can't try to change your life, you're right. No matter what you tell yourself, it will come true in the end. So watch what you say to yourself closely, because you will find that your life always coincides with your thoughts.
You feel no passion Are you passionate about anything? Many people I know think they lack passion. But it's not true. There must be something you like very much. So what you need is to rediscover the things that make you passionate and do more of them.
You have no plans for the future Although it's great to live in the present and in front of you, sometimes you still need to look forward and see where you want to go. If you have no goal or plan, then you are like a ship in the ocean, wandering aimlessly, but hoping to have a good destination. But you can't do that. You need to make a step-by-step plan to guide you to where you want to go. Just as GPS can guide you, you also need your own internal GPS to guide you.
You spend too much time with people who don't contribute anything to your growth Some people make you feel that you won't get better. It's easy for you to fall into such a circle. But if you keep going like this, you will stagnate or be dragged into the water by them. I like to call them "energy vampires". They suck your life away and won't give you any positive feedback. Leave them and get along with those positive people.
You are addicted to mobile phones Admittedly, mobile phones are very cool things, which will fascinate us in the process of use. It's fun, but think about the time you waste playing with your mobile phone. Even worse, think about all the relationships that may be affected. Maybe when you are having dinner with your partner or child, you are still texting and searching the Internet. If that's what you are, you're missing an important time with the people you love. Or you can use this time to plan your future.
You spend your money on meaningless things "Need" and "want" are different. I believe the children in kindergarten understand this. However, in today's society, we have blurred the boundary between the two (see article 8, mobile phones). In fact, I know people who can't afford a mortgage but still have the most dazzling things in the world. If you stop and think about it, you will find that there are only a few things we really need. Such as food, water, a house and love, while other things are extra rewards. So take a look at where you're spending your money now and see if you need to make adjustments. Maybe you can use the money you save to invest in your future.
You don't get enough sleep I am not a doctor, but I have read a lot of books and fully understand the importance of sleep. In this regard, I can talk for dozens of pages. But obviously there is no place for it in this short passage. Sleep is vital to health. If you're too busy to get enough sleep, or if you're just in the habit of staying up late into the morning, you should reassess your habits.
You didn't take good care of your body Not only is sleep important to health, but food is as important as exercise. I know what I'm telling you. You know everything. But I still want to say that a balanced and healthy diet and exercise are much more effective than weight loss. (www.lz13. CN) it will affect your mentality and your whole health. So if you look at your diet and amount of exercise, you may find that a small change will greatly improve your life.
You don't want to leave your comfort zone I know how easy it is to stay in a comfortable environment. In fact, when I go to a familiar restaurant, I always order the same dish. It's not because I'm afraid to try new things, but because I like the dishes I usually order. But this is not the kind of comfort zone I want to discuss. I mean risking doing something that can improve our lives. And remember that "risk" and "calculated risk" are different. Any risk can be fatal, but "calculated risks" are those you have weighed a variety of options and finally chose a good and meaningful action plan.
The life you live is not what you want I judge success by a person's happiness. Are you happy? If your answer is "no", it's time to make some changes. Even if you feel satisfied or satisfied, it doesn't mean you live your life to the extreme. Life should be full of passion! So if you're not happy now, see what can be changed to make you more comfortable. Don't despair if you are stabbed in the top 13. You can change! But remember, the first thing you need to change is to remove the phrase "you can't do it" from your mind. Many times, your biggest obstacle is your own thinking process. Therefore, from now on, change your mind and change your life!
