Tether-backed Rumble will debut Bitcoin tipping for its 51 million monthly users in December.
Rumble, the video streaming platform significantly backed by stablecoin giant Tether, announced that its 51 million monthly active users will be able to tip creators in Bitcoin, USDT, and Tether Gold starting in mid-December. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino also previously said Tether would promote adoption of its U.S.-compliant stablecoin USAT through Rumble.

Coinbase wants to bring the entire startup lifecycle onchain, CEO Armstrong says.
Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has outlined an ambitious plan to move every stage of a startup’s journey, from incorporation to fundraising and public trading, onto the blockchain. Speaking on the TBPN podcast, Armstrong described his vision for an onchain lifecycle where founders could incorporate their startups, raise seed rounds, receive instant capital in USDC (USDC) and eventually go public through tokenized equity.

Thailand’s SEC raids World’s iris scanning site over unlicensed WLD operations.

Kyrgyzstan to launch stablecoin on BNB, plans CBDC in partnership with adviser Changpeng Zhao.
Kyrgyzstan, the former Soviet republic with seven million citizens, will launch a national stablecoin on Binance’s BNB Chain in partnership with digital assets adviser and Binance founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao. The country is also planning to launch a digital version of its som currency as a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), and will evaluate creating a state cryptocurrency reserve, the government announced. The reserve will include BNB tokens, CZ said.
