Coinbase Scoops 2,772 BTC in Q3, Profits Surpass Wall Street Estimates.

Crypto exchange Coinbase has reported a net income of $432.6 million for Q3 2025, over a fivefold increase from $75.5 million in the same period last year.

The company has continued to expand its Bitcoin stash in the third quarter. Coinbase’s Bitcoin holdings grew by 2,772 BTC in Q3, Armstrong wrote on X. “And we keep buying more,” he said as a part of its “Everything Exchange” strategy.

Ethereum developers officially target December 3rd for Fusaka upgrade.

Ethereum Foundation researchers have officially set a date for the next major mainnet upgrade, dubbed Fusaka, in an All Core Devs call on Thursday. The backward-compatible Fusaka hard fork will implement about a dozen Ethereum Improvement Proposals.

Decentralized crypto exchange dYdX plans for US market entry by year-end.

Dydx recently surpassed $1.5 trillion in trading volume and is planning to introduce Spot Trading on Solana in the U.S. by the end of 2025. Dydx believe U.S. regulators may allow crypto perpetual contracts on regulated platforms in the near future.

Ondo integrates Chainlink to power institutional adoption of tokenized stocks and ETFs.

Tokenized real-world assets platform Ondo Finance, and leading oracle network Chainlink, have joined forces to accelerate adoption of tokenized stocks and exchange-traded funds onchain. Ondo Finance and Chainlink said in an announcement on Thursday that their strategic partnership aims to bring global financial institutions to the blockchain. This comes as the platforms bid to build the infrastructure that will see the tokenization of trillions of dollars in real-world assets.
