I’m listing to this episode about MEV on ETH and the host is interviewing the co-founder of Flash bots which is an RPC that will protect users from front runners.
This interview is intellectually very engaging as they discuss topics related to individualism and local-ism as a means to form consensus. This comes from the ideas that in a scenario where block builders become price makers instead of takers. Mind boggling, but what I want to write about today is one of their products called Afred.

I went and connected a wallet and so far they only incorporate a few chains notably Base, Blast, Arbitrum and Linea. Nobly their sniper bot tool which caught my attention because I can plug in an contract from one of these chains launchpads and bribe via ETH to front run when the token launches. In the case there are several Alfred on the contract then the bribe distribution will be allocated based on the bride amounts. Here is a pagewhere this strategy can work. I’ve never tried it but will report on this hyposisis for MEV profiting.
