Base app just announced a holiday rewards based on your activities from 17th - 21st of December. There have been so many misconceptions on how to qualify?, do invites matter?, the metrics used for qualification?. In this thread, I'll be carefully explaining everything.

2. Create an account and setup your profile

3. Head over to notifications and complete your social verification [coinbase or X , Instagram and tiktok are optional].

4. These are the rules for the Social platform your verify.

   X - 100 followers and above, must be a 1 yr+ acct

   Instagram - 100 followers and above

   TikTok- 500 followers and above

5. Complete Registeration for uncapped rewards [to qualify for rewards above $75]

6. Trade (buy/sell/convert) at least one dollar ($1) on the app during the campaign.

7. Have at least $5 balance at the end of the Campaign.

Yes definitely, invites do matter as you get extra rewards for that.

But to qualify for invites rewards, invitees needs to complete the initial qualification steps as well.

Base app is using a point system for qualification.

Here's a breakdown

■ If you complete the initial qualification steps -> you get 1 point.

■ if you invite someone and he/she completes the initial qualification steps-> you get 1 point/ invite.

The total reward pool is $2m USDC and subject to increase depending on the amount of entrants.

Now let's do a quick moonmath for rewards:

Assuming total Entrants = 500,000

Each Entrant earns 2 points during the campaign.

Aggregate number of points earned by all Entrants = 1,000,000 points

If the total prize pool is $2,000,000, then the Final Point Value is $2.00 per point ($2,000,000 ÷ 1,000,000 points)

Each Entrant who earned 2 points will receive a prize of $4.00 ($2.00 x 2 points)
