Chelsea’s Champions League campaign hit another stumbling block as they were held to a 2–2 draw by Qarabag Agdam in Azerbaijan. Despite entering the match as heavy favorites, the Blues struggled to impose their dominance and paid the price for lapses in concentration.
Chelsea even went behind as they were loosing 2-1 in the beginning of the second half by a Qarabag side who refused to show submission to the world champions but the blues drew level from an Alejandro Garnacho goal . The Premier League giants showed flashes of quality going forward but lacked the killer instinct to finish the job.
For Chelsea fans, it was another night of frustration — a reminder that in the Champions League, reputation means little without ruthlessness.
