The Badge system aims to enhance community engagement, reward event participation, and foster community collaborations.

Types of Badge

1. Honor Badges

• Acquisition: Event participation & Achievements (WIP)

• Tier:

  • DUX: Usually reward to Tier 1 participant. With a multiplier of 5%

  • COMES (Count): Usually reward to Tier 2 & Tier 3 participant. With a multiplier of 3%

  • BARO (Baron): Usually reward to Tier 4 participant. With a multiplier of 1.5%

• Note: Badge multipliers may vary for different events. The final rules will be announced in each event’s details. If not specified, the default multipliers above apply.

2 Community Badges

• Acquisition: Distributed through whitelists provided by partnered communities or Astra community.

• Multiplier: Depends.

Badge Multipliers Calculation

Badge holders can leverage their Badges to gain bonus points in future events. The multiplier is calculated based on the quantity and tier of Badges owned by a user:

$Badge\_Multiples=1+(No.of DUX×5\%)+(No. of COMES×3\%)+(No. of BARO×1.5\%)$

• Example Calculation: If a user holds 1 DUX, 2 COMES, and 1 BARO Badges, their total event bonus would be:

  $Badge\_Multiples = 1+(1 \times 5\%) + (2 \times 3\%) + (1 \times 1.5\%) =1 + 5\% + 6\% + 1.5\% = 1.135$
