《全球区块链监管政策研究》之欧美篇梳理了三个国家关于区块链的监管政策，它们分别是美国、英国和加拿大。从金融属性的角度看，欧美篇覆盖的国家拥有世界上最发达最成熟的资本市场，这和区块链分布式账本的金融属性有天然的契合。美国是全球 Web3 行业的领导者，其对科技创新的包容及鼓励无疑也是催生无数 Web3 领域龙头项目的重要原因。从法律体系的角度看，美国、英国、加拿大属于英美法系，判例是法律渊源的一种重要形式，因此每次备受关注的热点事件引起的监管机构或是司法机构的反应，对后续类似情况进行了“立法”，很可能产生有法律约束力级的影响。
本报告的欧美篇正文梳理了相关国家在区块链监管领域的监管架构，并结合一些项目或案例进行讨论展开。
