**StarkNet **Introduction

StarkNet is a decentralized Validity-Rollup (also known as "ZK-Rollup") without permissions. It operates as a L2 network over Ethereum, allowing any dApp to achieve unlimited scale for its computation - without compromising Ethereum's composite and security, thanks to the fact that StarkNet relies on the most secure and scalable network. The last words in that sentence are,unfortunately, unbelievably trivial, but that doesn't matter, what matters is that these guys are offering a really cool technology that will have a demand.

The founder of the project is the co-founder of Zcash, namely Eli Ben-Sasson, that's a name if anything, not a set of letters. The project's token was announced July 13, 2022. 9% of the total offering has already been given to users and programmers who have created dApps on StarkNet. The token will officially go on the market in 2023, no more precise date was given. What does that suggest? That it's about the right time to retrotect the project, which some guys are overlooking.

Fundraising:

Raised a total of $273 million from top funds including Intel Capital, Sequoia Capital, Ethereum Foundation, Paradigm, etc.

The project will have a $STRK token. Just recently their contract was rolled out. In their published tokenomics portion, we can see that 8.1% of the tokens are not distributed. There is a possibility that this portion of tokens was left by the team for the airdrop to early StarkNet users who interacted with the network, but that is, of course, just a guess. This should give us extra motivation to use their network. Hopefully there hasn't been a snapshot yet.

How to participate?

1.Installing a Wallet

Argent - The first wallet for StarkNet.
Braavos - I use this wallet. It's faster and safer. I advise you to install it. Create a password, save the sid-phrase, select Mainnet Alpha. Done

2.Transferring ETH to StarkNet

<1>First, let's go through the mainnet projects, because the probability of getting a drop for interacting with mainnet is much higher. After we look at projects in the mainnet - we will tell you about projects in the test network.

Starkgate - The official bridge from the Starkware team. I advise you to use it for transfers, because it is an official bridge and it will increase your activity in the network. Go to the bridge;
Connect Metamask and Braavos Wallet;
Enter the amount and click "Transfer";

Wait for the end of the transaction.

Done.

3.Using the bridge from Orbiter

Go to orbiter.finance and connecting wallets;
Select the receiving Starknet network, enter the amount of tokens and click "Send";

Confirm the action and wait for the transaction to complete;

Orbitr Bridge has launched a program to get roles in Discord for the number of transactions.

4.Interacting with 10kswap

Go to 10kswap and connect the wallet;
Select tokens, enter the amount and click on “Swap”;

Confirm action;

Go to the "Pool" tab;
Find the desired pool and click “Аdd Liquidity”. Naturally, add liquidity at your own risk. It is not necessary, but desirable. I think your reward may also depend on the amount. In general, adding liquidity to this and subsequent projects is only an option, it is up to you to use it or not.

Enter the amount of tokens and click “Deposit”;

Click on “Confirm Supply”;

After a successful transaction, go to "My pools" tab;
I will not leave liquidity in the pool, but you can leave, again - at your own risk. To withdraw liquidity click on “Manage”;
In the window that opens, click “Withdraw”;

Enter the amount and click “Approve”;

Confirm action;

5.Interacting with mySwap

Go to mySwap and connect the wallet;
Select tokens, enter the amount and click on "Swap";

Go to the "Pool" tab;
Select tokens, enter the amount and click on "Add Liquidity";

As in the case above - you choose to leave the money or withdraw it. I will show you how to withdraw it. Click on "Withdraw";

Enter the amount and click on "Remove";

6.Interacting with Nostra

Go to Nostra and connect the wallet;
Choose the asset to be pledged as collateral;

Enter the amount and click “Deposit”;

Click “Manage”;

Go to the “Borrow” tab;
Enter the amount and click on "Borrow";

Returning tokens. Click on "Manage";

Enter the amount and click "Replay";

Withdrawing funds from the protocol. Click on “Manage”;

Enter the amount and click on “Withdraw”;

Join their Discord;
Go to the #nostra-alpha channel and write feedback along with your wallet address;

Go to the #pray-for-role channel and get the role of “Soldato”.

6.Interacting with JediSwap

Go to JediSwap and connect the wallet;
Select an asset, enter the amount and click on "Swap";

Confirm the transaction;

Go to the "ZAP" tab;

7.Interacting with MintSquare

Go to MintSquare and connect wallet;
Click on “Mint”;

Upload a picture, enter the name, description and enter the attributes;
Click on “Mint”

8.Interacting with Аspect

Go to Аspect and connect wallet;

8.Activity on the test network

<1>Now let's talk about the projects in the test network. There are more projects that work in testnet than in mainnet, so we will talk only about the main ones that deserve our attention. The testnet is very slow, be patient.

Get test tokens

The first option is the faucet.
Switching the wallet to the Goerli test network;
Enter the address, pass the captcha and confirm the action;

9.Interacting with Аlpharoad

10.Interacting with StarkSwap

Go to StarkSwap and connect wallet;
Select a token, enter the amount and click "Swap";

Go to the “Pool” tab;
Click on the "+" opposite the desired pool;

Enter the amount of tokens and click “Deposit”;

Go to the "Withdraw" tab;
Enter the amount and confirm the withdrawal;

Go to their Discord and get verified;
If bugs were found during testing, write about them in the channel #bugs;

In the #feedback-suggestions branch, leave a general feedback along with the wallet address;

11.Interacting with Seraphie

There is an opportunity to get heroes in testnet. For this may be given a free hero in the mainnet, when the game comes out, so often did other games.
