When Jonathan came upon a white monkey in the woods that seemed to be in poor health, his first reaction was to take it to a nearby veterinarian, hoping that they might assist it. Unfortunately, he would quickly see that this was a grave error of judgment. He was not dealing with a monkey at all, and he ought to have simply left it where he discovered it. He soon realized that it is too late to change it now.
