Quantum computing will not instantly end blockchain. The real risk is whether Web3 can complete a coordinated post-quantum migration before Q-Day. For Bitcoin, the hardest problem is legacy UTXO governance; for Ethereum, it is full-stack cryptographic reconstruction across accounts, consensus, DA, and ZK.
