Change the pork into large slices 7cm long, 5cm wide and 0.2cm thick, mix the flavor well with refined salt and cooking wine, mix it with water starch and a little salad oil, and mix it with a little soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, fresh soup, water starch and so on.
二。把色拉油放在炒锅上煮至60-70%热。先将入味的肉片与浓稠的糊状物混合,然后将肉片一片一片,一片一片地铺入锅中,炸至外酥酥软,捞出沥油。
