Responsibilities
• Provide clerical and operational support.
• Assist in handling account opening documents and provide customer services.
• Deliver excellent customer services to corporate clients over the telephone.
• Responsible for supporting general bank account servicing activities, such as customer information maintenance, manage account status change, bankruptcy handling, etc.
• Assist in responding to Customer / Law Firm / Government inquiries, such as the processing of Bank Reference Letter, Search Warrant, Production Order and Garnishee Order etc.
• Perform customer onboarding documentation checking.
• Conduct customer profile ongoing review.
• Actively participate in and support the daily and new product project work of the non-licensed business of the investment operation department.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of CDD policies, procedures, and systems.
Requirements
• Students currently studying in the universities in Hong Kong, Economic and financial statistics and computer-related majors are preferred, and other majors are also acceptable.
• Strong interest in the financial investment industry.
