Responsibilities
• Assist on daily operation for business banking, including loan drawdown, document checking, report preparation and financial spreading etc.
• Assist on preparing monthly report to track business performance and provide market update to RM team.
• Assist on handling general enquiry from borrowing customer. • Assist on credit proposal preparation.
• Inputting customer's data into the core banking system accurately and efficiently.
• Communicating with customers to gather necessary information for periodic review/ amendments and ensuring that these are completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with RM to gather required documentation to onboard the new relationship to the bank.
• Providing excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise during the account opening process.
• Assist on product development for business banking, including account opening, lending, channels, APIs etc.
• Assist on identifying metrics and building business dashboard to track business performance.
• Assist on other innovation projects.
Requirements
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in school, majors are not limited.
• Have a strong interest in fintech and digital banking, and have a certain understanding of money transfer products and services.
• Familiar with office software, such as Excel and PPT.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with team members and other departments.
• Serious and responsible, with strong learning ability and problem-solving ability.
