Responsibilities
1. Assist Sales Team: Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, client data management, and preparing sales reports.
2. Customer Support: Help respond to client inquiries about our products and services. 3. Sales Tools Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and updating sales tools and systems.
4. Market Research: Help gather and analyze market data to support sales strategies. 5. Team Coordination: Assist in coordinating activities between the sales team and other departments.
Requirements:
1. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Skills: Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Language: Fluent in English and Chinese.
4. Attitude: Responsible, team-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
5. Availability: Able to work 3-5 days per week for a duration of at least 2 months.
