Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy made unannounced visits on Saturday to Mykolaiv and Odesa, cities that have been targeted by Russian forces in their effort to seize the Black Sea coast. "We will not give the south to anyone, and all that is ours we will take back," Zelenskyy said in a video posted after his trip to the region. NATO’s secretary general, Jens Stoltenberg, said the war could last years and that the country's allies "must not let up in supporting Ukraine."
