Hi I'm AD, I want to log my daily feelings and thoughts to the cyber space.
I had a regular 1-1 meeting with my manager. It’s usually 1 hour, well, at least on the calendar it says so. But in 27 mins my manager said he forgot he has a meeting in 3 mins, and I right away stopped any discussion and ended the meeting.
My question is, why did my manager looked… strange when I said “go ahead” and left the call? Do I need to keep discussing for 3 mins? It feels like I left some awkwardness in the space. Although we always have this awkward vibe when we speak.
