Ecosystem development stages

After the end of the initial funding at the end of 2021, the main events of the project taking place in 2022 are as follows:

March 22, 2022: The project was officially announced to the community for the first time, introducing the platform's features, concept, and extension form for the first time. May 6, 2022: The project announces DevNet, the platform's first network is launched. This is a network for developers trying to build products. 5/25/2022: Announcement of SUI tokenomics, introduction of economic models in Sui, incentives, and uses of SUI token. In which there are 3 basic participants: User, SUI token holder and people accuracy. June 16, 2022: Mysten Labs allows users to run fullnodes on DevNet. Currently there are about 5,000 nodes running, from 65 countries and 271 cities. July 1, 2022: The Sui Incentivized Testnet announcement will be announced around August this year, the testnet will be revealed gradually with the task of testing the network's features and mechanisms. July 19, 2022: Launched Sui wallet, a tool to help users directly interact with dapps, create wallet addresses, and manage assets on the network. 3/8/2022: Allows registration to participate in the selection of validators for the network. If selected, validators will be rewarded with 2,000 SUI for each testnet wave they attend and the chance to become mainnet validators in the future. Q4/2022: After the testnet is stable, it is expected that around the end of 2022, Sui will launch the mainnet version.
