Autumn in the Surrey Hills. The air is crisp, the colours are vibrant, and I’m noticing what I am harvesting this year, and it's different this year: not more crunch-time off-sites with corporate clients, but clarity.
2025 asked for everything I had. My time, energy, and heart went into helping my son find his way back after a turbulent period. He’s thriving again, and with his balance, I found mine. That stillness gave me the distance to see my own work with new eyes; it was almost like a sabbatical (funded entirely by crypto profits) and new eyes to see what truly matters.
I used to make my living flying around the world helping leaders navigate change. My biggest project in 2024 was perhaps even the most successful in my career. And yet, the events this year (there was more than my son's roller-coaster...) made me ask deeper questions about meaning and contribution. The answer came quietly: the next great shift ahead isn’t in higher performing teams or better AI prompts...it’s in how we’ll own and co-create the next economy.

Blockchain is way more than hype or speculation. It’s about redesigning the operating system of trust, value, and collaboration. While everyone’s distracted by AI, the deeper revolution is happening quietly underneath: crypto rails are becoming the foundation for how money, work, and creativity will flow.
In 5-10 years, most business operations will be onchain, you just won’t see it.
