We are thrilled to announce that The Rise of Blus: A Nouns Movie took home the award in the category of Animated Series at Ponzan Poland's Animator International Festival! A special thank you to our Creative Directors HKJAY & ZenDoubt as well as Jordan Wiberg (Sound), Jakub Pietras (Music), and the story by YuWil.
This was the 17th year of the festival and included submissions from Star Wars: Visions and My Adventures With Superman in the Series Competition Category, despite these heavy hitters The Rise of Blus was selected as the winner. This is a direct reflection of the prominence of crypto funded films and content that will continue to be part of the media landscape moving forward. This also marks the first award for the Atrium Production Platform and a testament to the decentralized and artist driven approach we are taking to developing content.
The Festival Submissions deadline concluded in December of 2023 meaning the latest episode of the film (Episode 3 "The New Normal") was not part of the screening. For anyone that was left feeling the cliffhanger of what was happening with Go be sure to watch the latest episode below.
The Atrium Production Platform set out to provide new opportunities for artists and creators outside of the normal Hollywood apparatus. With this first award, and at least two more episodes of The Rise of Blus: A Nouns Movie set to debut this year we can't wait for more people to discover the talent, content, and opportunities we will continue to create.
