$MILO is a Farcaster-native token experiment. The objective is to breathe some fun and fresh ideas into the memecoin space by utilizing Farcaster's innovative technology (e.g. Frames) to build a decentralized ecosystem within the Warpcast app.

$MILO Token Supply

The $MILO ecosystem begins with a maximum supply of 1 billion $MILO tokens. The dynamic emission rate enables equity across the system by ensuring a consistent release of tokens into the market over a defined period.

$MILO Tokenomics

At launch, 37% of the total supply is set aside for staking rewards. But that supply isn’t necessarily tapped immediately.

This is because we use a dynamic inflation curve to ensure a fair and equitable distribution of coins that will limit the amount of downward pressure while incentivizing participation.

The minimum leashed (staked) $MILO used to mint a BabyMilo is also added back into the staking pool.

BabyMilo NFTs

BabyMilo NFTs are the $MILO ecosystem NFT. The Genesis collection will have 1000 NFTs, but not all will be mintable on day one. In fact, it will take roughly 90 weeks for all BabyMilos to be born and adopted. The gamification we’re layering in should make for a really fun community-building exercise.

Minting BabyMilos

An initial release of 100 BabyMilo NFTs will be mintable in-frame to whitelisted addresses through Warpcast. The cost to mint will be 200,000 $MILO.

In order to mint a BabyMilo after the initial release, users will need to "leash” (stake) a minimum of 200k $MILO through a frame provided on the /milo channel. This will give them a chance to mint 1 of 10 BabyMilo NFTs that are released each week.

Users can increase the odds of earning a mint by leashing (staking) a larger amount of $MILO or adding $DIVI to their wallet.

If a user wins a chance to mint a BabyMilo, 200k $MILO will be removed from their leashed (staked) amount, and a new BabyMilo NFT will be minted to their address.

Once a user successfully brings a BabyMilo into the world, they can then stake it for more $MILO, which can be used to mint more NFTs or play in the arcade.

BabyMilo Staking

Once a user mints a BabyMilo NFT, they can stake it for more $MILO. This can be used as a mechanism to recoup the cost of their NFT mint or be used in the GameFi arcade.

BabyMilo stakers will recoup up to 80,000 $MILO, equating to a 40% discount on the mint of a single BabyMilo.

The entire Staking process will occur in-frame on Farcaster.

GameFi Arcade

Our team is comprised of tech professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including video game development and design. $MILO will be usable in the GameFi arcade. An ecosystem of in-frame Play-to-Earn games that can earn users more tokens and additional prizes.
