The following RNG parameters will be available at MRN launch:

Weapons can be upgraded using the correct Upgrade Points that match that Weapon Type.

• These upgrades apply at the Weapon Type level and not at the Weapon Skin level, therefore once a weapon (like an AK-47) is upgraded, all skins for that Weapon Type receive the upgraded parameters

• Weapon upgrades are tied to the player account and do not transfer when a weapon skin is sold

Here are some of the weapon type parameters that will increase as a weapon is upgraded:

• Damage modifiers in PvE

• Elemental effect modifiers in PvE

• Ability to use new Special Bullet types with this weapon

• Offensive power boost modifier (for Land Staking)

• Defensive power boost modifier (for Land Staking)

Land control-related boosts, like Offensive and Defensive power boost modifiers don’t apply to guns that are already staked to a land plot, and have to be unstaked in order to receive the upgraded stats.

During most NFT drops, or in-game loot drops, players will win full outfits. These outfits will have a mix of randomized cosmetic and functional parameters that will make the items more unique.

• The Construction Blueprint is burnt when it’s built, and becomes part of the Land NFT metadata. When that Land is later sold, the attached Utility Buildings transfer over with it

• These buildings cannot be transferred to another piece of Land and can only be demolished if a player wishes to place a different building in that same occupied slot

These buildings act as cosmetic skins, either on their own, or sitting on top of Utility buildings.

• The Building Skin NFTs are not fused to a piece of Land and do not transfer during a Land Plot sale

• You can apply a Building Skin on top of an existing utility building. The skin will not transfer with the Land Plot when the land is sold; however the underlying utility building will
