The Thai people love the Flamingo bird. At least this is what I noticed. You even see it in the Thai Airways onboard instruction video. The funny thing for me is that they don’t even have Flamingos in the wild in Thailand. So I try to understand why they love the flamingo so much. Maybe it’s about their unique appearance, their graceful posture or elegant movements. Flamingos are often seen as exotic and attractive, with their bright pink feathers, long legs and distinctive beaks. They also have an interesting history and are often associated with tropical climates, making them popular symbols of relaxation and fun.
I've tried to ask the Thai people about it but I didn’t got a clear answer. Next to this the Thai people love cats. This is why I created this art piece.
