Salud stands for Cheers in Spanish and Andalusia is a region in Spain. During my cycling around Conil de la Frontera I passed by a group of Spanish man on a horse drinking a beer. Horses play a significant role in Andalusian culture, economy, and tourism, making them an important aspect of the region's identity. I don’t know where the beer drinking on the horse is coming from but it must be just something social and it looked fun. Let’s hope the horse stays sober. :) Salud Andalusia!
