“Getting lost inside someone else at Warp Speed!”
What’s your contingency plan?
This week we are exploring the importance of having a contingency plan. Millions of people wake up daily and go to work with no backup plan if they lose their job. This is the nature of today and when work has become one’s main focus, when do you truly have time to check in with one’s self. Time is such a luxury that is not appreciated. Coupled with Knowledge, it can be the ultimate key to developing a contingency plan.
Knowing your options and having the bandwidth to put these control in space influences how one may live their life daily. Someone who has a solid 100,000 in the bank set aside is not as worried about losing their job as most Americans who are living paycheck to paycheck.
All this being said, there is still plenty of opportunity in our opinion for people to establish backup plans. Awareness of this point is the first step then slowly identifying opportunities to set these control in place. In the past, we’ve shared an excerpt from the book, Atomic Habits. It emphasizes the importance of these moments as well. Knowing how your environment, situations, and choices lend to your ability to create a contingency plan will have more cognizant to identifying those areas for change and then taking action.
If you don’t have a contingency plan, it’s ok but I challenge you to start being aware and identify time to rectify. Trust you’re going to love when your mind finally has the ability to relax and explore the joy of not solely handling how to make ends meet.
This week during ETHDenver, a new smart contract protocol was announced for the Ethereum Blockchain. ERC-4337 has been under wraps for a couple of years but it is finally being released. ERC-4337 allows for crypto wallets to be initialized as a smart contract, therefore, enabling the ability to have custom functioning wallets. This is big because wallets can now have rules for different situations without having to be manually invoked. See below for more details:

Some of the use cases mentioned include:
Enabling Subscriptions
Account Lockout
Designated Account Access
These are just to name a few but the overall point is that with smart wallets, logic can be coded to conditionally state what should happen at a wallet level if X or Y. Account lock-out support is a key area for crypto adoption as users can now have designators who can be delegated to help someone recover their keys.
I am looking forward to it because it enables mainstream adoption in similar ways to a lot of the Web 2.5 models that are looking to leverage. (ex. the ability to pay for transactions in any currency or allow for payment on behalf of someone else) These plus more would definitely help manage some reservations there are in this space.
Bought this NFT this week below. Check it out!

Ever wonder where your favorite figurines were made? Well, look no further. Check out this factory if you are looking to manufacture your own.
Monroe gave us a call this week and said she had something critical to share. She is noticing a lot of conflicts with love - especially amongst men who don’t understand how space works for women. As a man myself, I always felt that providing attention helped curb a women’s concern but Monroe is here to share why doing that is a lack of respect for their independence. Let’s hear from her on the importance of space.

“Love Between Space and Time”
“Monroe: “It's important to remember that everyone, regardless of gender, expresses love in their own unique way. So in order not to generalize, it’s good to remember the five love languages:
Affection
Acts of Service
Emotional Support
Gifts
Quality Time
It's important to keep in mind but it is also key to know when to execute as women also enjoy their space and time. Giving women space in a relationship is crucial for several reasons:
Respect: All individuals deserve to have their personal space and boundaries respected. By giving women space, you demonstrate that you respect their autonomy and independence.
Trust: Giving women space also demonstrates that you trust them. Trust is a crucial component of any healthy relationship, and giving women the freedom to pursue their own interests and hobbies helps to build and maintain trust.
Growth: Allowing women space to explore and pursue their interests can help them grow as individuals. This can lead to increased self-confidence and personal fulfillment, which can ultimately benefit the relationship as a whole.
Healthy Communication: Giving women space can also promote healthy communication in the relationship. When both partners feel comfortable expressing their needs and desires, it creates a more open and honest dynamic.
Avoiding Dependency: Overdependence on a partner can be detrimental to a relationship. By giving women space, you avoid creating a dynamic where one partner is overly reliant on the other for emotional support or fulfillment.
Overall, giving women space in a relationship is essential for creating a healthy, balanced dynamic that allows both partners to thrive as individuals while still maintaining a strong connection.

Taking it back to 2011!! Charles Hamilton was one of my go-to artists during times I was feeling down in college. His music was so relatable and to see a fellow Sonic the Hedgehog fan flips beats so effortlessly was amazing. His discography is deep despite all of the mental struggles he endured. Check out one of my favorite songs from him below. Anytime I revisit his music, I’m there for awhile so don’t be surprised if next week is Charles Hamilton again. lol
Enjoy!
Until next time, keep on seeking balance!
