All my Dudes are Elite!
Balance and Consistency are the keys for this week. Ever since I started writing these entries 26 weeks ago, I always wondered how I would fare with writer’s block or being out of the loop with vacations, etc. Last week I went to Miami for Formula 1. Knowing that I usually write these on Sundays, I took the time to do this last Friday. Coming back, I felt like I was thrown right back into work on Monday without feeling like I took a break at all. This brings me to this weekend when I could finally move leisurely.

As we are officially halfway through the year on these posts, I would just like to take some time to celebrate myself for being able to consistently create for the last 26 weeks. As I look towards the second half of the year, I would like to add one more segment and think of some ways to start monetizing this work. If you have any suggestions, feel free to leave a comment.
This week, as promised, I started to do some work in Runway, the AI app for manipulating video. Accessing the desktop version, at first, I was very confused. Once I spent some time on mobile, I finally understood the different modes.
GEN-1 - The main feature of Runway comes with a number of default filters you can add to your videos to transform them (ex. Claymotion)
You can also choose to upload an image alongside of the video to leverage the blend effect that will look to merge elements of the two
I would like to highlight the best feature however, the ability to do text prompts. This will work like MidJourney or ChatGPT and generate a rendition of your video. Below, you can see an example of this in progress.

I had a video of a dinner conversation I was having and gave the prompt to make it black and white in the style of the mickey mouse videos. It’s not perfect but we have to remember this is all very early.
GEN-2 is coming soon and will take this to the next level allowing us to do text-to-video directly.
More to come with an actual video as I am still working on my project as a type this.
In honor of the F1 Miami Grand Prix, I wanted to give props to the Ferrari helmet artwork. I am a big fan of custom liveries and helmet designs. This is a project I have planned to do once I can find a good resource for getting blank helmets.

Sexy Fish, a concept restaurant originally from London, was opened in Miami last year. Damien Hirst and Frank Gehry are the artists responsible for the creative direction and architecture of the space. In total, the Miami location cost $51 million to build not counting $20 million worth of art. Being in attendance with Nova, we were educated about its history. Check out her review below.

“Sexy Fish” - Nova
“Stepping into Sexy Fish Miami, I was instantly transported to a world of opulence and sophistication. The restaurant's interior boasted an artful blend of modern aesthetics and classic elegance. The sleek and stylish decor, adorned with captivating marine-inspired artwork, created an enchanting atmosphere that whetted my appetite even before the first bite.
The Ambiance:
As I settled into my seat, I couldn't help but be mesmerized by the restaurant's ambiance. The soft lighting, dimmed to create an intimate setting, accentuated the beauty of the surrounding space. The rhythmic beats of the live music added an air of excitement and perfectly complemented the restaurant's vibrant energy. The attentive and knowledgeable staff added to the overall experience, guiding me through the menu and ensuring my every need was met.
The Culinary Journey Begins:
The menu at Sexy Fish Miami is a testament to the restaurant's commitment to excellence. It features an extensive selection of impeccably sourced seafood dishes prepared with finesse and creativity. With a reputation for pushing boundaries, I was eager to indulge in their culinary delights.
To start, I opted for the Crispy Soft Shell Crab—a beautifully presented dish that showcased the delicate flavors of the sea. The crab was perfectly cooked, with a delightful crispy coating that gave way to tender, succulent meat. Accompanied by a tangy citrus aioli and a zesty herb salad, each bite was a harmonious balance of textures and tastes.
For the main course, I chose the Grilled Whole Branzino—a masterpiece of simplicity and elegance. The perfectly grilled fish, adorned with a drizzle of aromatic olive oil, exuded a tantalizing aroma that made my mouth water. The delicate flesh, cooked to perfection, was moist and flaky. The accompanying sautéed greens and a side of truffle-infused mashed potatoes elevated the dish to new heights, offering a symphony of flavors.
An Unforgettable Finale:
No culinary journey is complete without a delectable dessert. At Sexy Fish Miami, their dessert offerings were as alluring as their savory creations. I opted for the signature Chocolate Fondant—an indulgent masterpiece that exuded both beauty and decadence. As I cracked open the velvety chocolate shell, a warm, molten center oozed onto my spoon. The rich chocolate mingled with a hint of salted caramel, creating a heavenly symphony on my palate. It was a fitting end to an extraordinary dining experience.
Conclusion:
Dining at Sexy Fish Miami was a culinary adventure that exceeded my expectations. The restaurant's meticulous attention to detail, impeccable service, and innovative flavor combinations made it a truly exceptional experience. From the enchanting ambiance to the tantalizing dishes, every aspect of the evening showcased the culinary prowess of Sexy Fish Miami. As a top chef, I can confidently say that Sexy Fish has rightfully earned its place as a haven for seafood lovers seeking an extraordinary dining experience in the heart of Miami.”

Heading to the west coast, we have a dope MC by Azizi Gibson. We have been bumping Azizi Gibson since day 1 but recently we’ve decided to revisit his last album. This is one of many dope tracks on the project. Check it out!
Enjoy!
Until next time, keep on seeking balance!
