Sitting across the spectrum from us Anxious attachers are our avoidant polar opposites. We mirror each other because we can see parts of ourselves hidden in the other. We’ve explored the Anxious blindspot and this week we are exploring the Avoidant blindspot.
This video highlights that the biggest challenge for Avoidant is continuing to think their logic will save them. In fact, it creates “analysis paralysis” to the point where you can’t see a path forward to risk any action other than what you are used to.
Some vulnerability needs to happen and simultaneously you should appreciate those who are willing to embrace that part of you when the change happens.
It’s overnight and may feel disorienting to break away from logic and lean more on trust but with the right support, it will work.
A couple of weeks ago we shared a link to the high-level tokenomics for our underlying Skylark platform. On top of this, we will launch $Path to incentive and create value amongst the following network below.

This week’s Aesthetics is an extension of tech and how Web 3 experiences will try how we engage. Last week the NFL tested a new way of watching a game where the players are represented as CGI in different themes. The first test was Toy Story. See below.
This opens the door for digital experiences and virtual ad space to become more accessible. Let’s stay tuned. Next week, we’ll go more in-depth.

Build Trust:
Foster trust in relationships: Recognize that not everyone will hurt or abandon you. Build trust by observing consistent and positive behaviors in others and acknowledging them.
Challenge Negative Beliefs:
Identify and challenge negative beliefs about relationships: Question and reevaluate beliefs that may have developed as a result of past experiences. Challenge distorted thoughts that contribute to avoidance.
It's important to note that changing attachment styles is a gradual process, and setbacks may occur. Patience and persistence, along with professional guidance, can contribute to positive changes in attachment patterns.”

Staying on vibes with the ladies, this week I spent some time revisiting tracks from Rapsody and the beautiful R&B summer of 2020 (Jhene, Kehlani, and Teyana). Here are just a few of the tracks.
