Hey y’all! It’s JC
There’s this idea that building in Web3 is all devs, chains, wallets, and contracts.
And sure, yeah, it is that.
But it’s also memes. Late-night DMs. Telegram chaos. Twitter threads that spark million-dollar DAOs.
It’s culture.
That’s what hit me again this morning.
I’m building. Slowly.
Still looking at a product. Still finalising the exact use case.
But every convo, every little test, every blog I write like this… it’s culture being shaped.
Web3 isn’t just something you launch, it’s something you live inside.
Why culture matters more than ever
You can have the best product in the world, but if nobody cares, it’s dead on arrival.
But if your project feels like something people want to be part of?
Game over.
Think about it.
We follow creators, join Discords, mint stuff we like, not just because of the tech, but because of the energy.
The ethos. The humour. The shared vision.
That’s what I want to build toward.
A product that’s cool, yeah of course but a product with personality.
One that makes people say “this feels like us.”
Still early. Still learning. Still showing up.
I don’t have the perfect roadmap yet.
But I’ve got consistency.
I’ve got curiosity.
And I’ve got this blog as a time capsule of the whole journey.
So even if I’m not dropping a dApp on-chain today or tomorrow, I’m stacking the foundation, one post, one convo, one idea at a time.
If you’re in the same boat, keep going.
Web3 isn’t gatekept by VCs and devs.
It’s built by people like us for people like us.
Wrap-Up
Web3 is code, sure.
But it’s also chaos, culture, and connection.
And that’s what keeps me here.
Let me know what part of the Web3 culture hits for you.
